We currently ship to Romania and selected international destinations.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched.

  • Romania: 1–5 business days
  • International destinations: 7–21 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

While we work with reliable shipping partners, Silk Avenue cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
